2016 is upon us and i am super excited that with it comes the relaunch of the NEW all singing all dancing Temptress of Waikiki site! Temptress of Waikiki is a sister range of hats, fascinators and headwear to Pearls & Swine but with time it has fast become it's own entity and therefore deserves to be treated as a separate business. This is a new beginning, on which i am going to build my millinery empire...

As of this year i will be running 3 millinery businesses AND i will be running hat and fascinator workshops. The 3rd millinery collection i will be launching this year will be my couture hand blocked millinery collection, i am even making my own hat blocks!

While Pearls & Swine is the pop surreal quirky millinery collection, Temptress of Waikiki is millinery hats, fascinators and headdresses for weddings, the races, it's elegant, and perfect for those who are a little shy when it comes to wearing a hat but still want to make a statement.

Temptress of Waikiki millinery is the home of fun, colourful, extraordinary and unique headwear... a slightly more classical range but still fun! I love using flowers, birds, butterflies in this headwear range. I also love using vintage headwear for inspiration, however i prefer using more funky colours. I am doing more work hand blocking and moulding, and one of the fun side effects of learning new couture blocking skills, is that it's impacting and improving all the rest of my work. So the standard of my headwear, fascinators, hats, or headdresses, is set to rise and keep rising... i want to be the best milliner i can be!!

I am really excited about what 2016 will bring, i feel like i am preparing for a huge creative adventure, i am simplifying in many ways but i am also ready to embrace new things. I hope you like the new site, it was set up by Glenn from Glennspace.com and Angelica & Scott from Alt-print.co.uk. These people have kept me sane during the huge process of moving my site.
Next comes the Pearls & Swine site move... onwards and upwards as they say!
